Responsibilities:
Hit and exceed performance metrics, including conversion rates and revenue targets. Manage high volumes of inbound leads and drive outbound reactivation/expansion. Create tailored trip quotes using proprietary technology. Execute disciplined call patterns and maintain follow-up consistency. Build urgency, rapport, and trust to close deals. Drive repeat business by identifying and expanding relationships with high-value accounts. Apply call control, objection handling, and active listening to diagnose customer needs. Solve problems directly and escalate only when necessary. Use data to focus activity for highest yield and detect low-value activity early. Maintain accuracy in quoting, CRM updates, and call documentation. Collaborate on post-mortems and performance reviews.
