Accounting Manager

3-5 years accounting experience with U.S.-based companies Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration Strong knowledge of GAAP Strong knowledge of SOX compliance Proficient in QuickBooks Detail-obsessed with a high degree of accuracy Strong understanding of bookkeeping, reconciliations, and reporting standards Comfortable working across multiple platforms (Excel, QuickBooks, e-commerce systems) Proactive problem-solver Clear communicator with strong English (B2 or above)

Record, classify, and reconcile daily financial transactions Maintain the general ledger and bring books to the trial balance stage Prepare month-end and year-end closings Ensure financial statements adhere to GAAP standards Oversee internal controls in line with SOX compliance Monitor budget variances and provide data-driven recommendations Produce accurate financial reports and forecasts Provide leadership with insights into revenue, expenses, and profitability Support strategic planning with clear financial data Establish and refine accounting policies and procedures Leverage tools like QuickBooks, A2X, Amazon, Shopify, Stripe, PayPal Continuously look for ways to streamline workflows and improve accuracy
