Requirements:
5 to 10 years in DTC e-commerce with hands-on Shopify or Shopify Plus leadership. 2+ years owning entire site experience including architecture, UX, CRO, or site operations. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across UX, CRO, and Development. Strong background in QA standards, compliance, testing frameworks, and design governance. Experience in mid-sized DTC brands with $50M to $200M revenue preferred. Architectural thinker who builds scalable systems before optimizing. Exceptionally organized with strong operational discipline. Collaborative leader who aligns Growth, Creative, Ops, and Dev. High design and UX judgment with a premium brand aesthetic. Technically literate enough to guide and QA development. Data-driven decision maker who requires statistical rigor. Mature operator with integrity, professionalism, and a quality-first mindset. No side-hustle mentality and no conflicts of interest.
Responsibilities:
Standardize the website experience to a clear, consistent, best-in-class e-commerce structure. Build unified product detail pages, collection pages, subscription pathways, and an intuitive site hierarchy. Ensure seamless incorporation of bundles, upsells, educational content, brand storytelling, and guided shopping tools. Ensure BAU tasks and OKR-driven initiatives are delivered on time and at quality. Maintain reliable communication, reporting, and visibility for the executive team. Build a culture of meticulous QA, documentation, and compliance-first execution. Ensure data accuracy, CRO test validity, and analytics reliability across the site. Update subscription flows to align with clear, intuitive, customer-first design standards. Build ongoing governance and monitoring for subscription logic, renewal rules, and disclosures. Build localized frameworks for tax, currency, fulfillment, and subscription compliance. Partner with Ops and Product to ensure technical readiness for global expansion. Own planning and execution for key seasonal and promotional events. Create a repeatable promo calendar and cross-functional workflow.
