At least 1 year of experience in an operations, or finance-related role, preferably within the superannuation or financial services industry. Demonstrated experience with process execution and data management. Experience with superannuation or SMSF administration is desirable. Demonstrated experience in cross-function engagement to solve complex problems. High level of attention to detail. Strong analytical skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Highly adaptable and resilient, comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment. Strong track record of taking ownership of tasks and seeing them through to completion.
