Stake Super Operations Analyst

At least 1 year of experience in an operations, or finance-related role, preferably within the superannuation or financial services industry. Demonstrated experience with process execution and data management. Experience with superannuation or SMSF administration is desirable. Demonstrated experience in cross-function engagement to solve complex problems. High level of attention to detail. Strong analytical skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Highly adaptable and resilient, comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment. Strong track record of taking ownership of tasks and seeing them through to completion.

Execute and manage end-to-end operational processes for the Stake Super product. Monitor operational processes to ensure compliance. Investigate and respond to customer requests. Act as a point of contact for operational issues and escalate complex matters. Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery. Collect and analyze customer feedback and operational data to drive improvements. Identify operational inefficiencies and suggest improvements. Maintain accurate and organized records. Proactively identify and report compliance breaches or operational risks.
