Operations Analyst

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field 3-5 years of work experience in business operations or resource management, staffing or related role Excellent organizational and analytical skills Strong communication skills Experience with Certinia PSA and Salesforce Strong analytical skills with knowledge of utilization metrics, capacity calculations, and forecasting Comfortable with reporting tools such as Power BI

Identify and execute process improvements for efficiency and effectiveness. Prepare and maintain staffing and operational reports (utilization, forecasting, etc.). Partner with leaders on resource planning, reporting, and staffing recommendations. Perform end-to-end operational tasks across the project lifecycle. Monitor adherence to delivery processes and frameworks. Retrieve and analyze data for performance metrics and forecasting. Own weekly and monthly reporting on capacity, staffing, and forecasting.
