Recent graduate in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Applied Math, or a related field 1–2 years of professional experience (internships, side projects, or startup/hackathon work count) Strong systems thinking & analytical problem-solving mindset Strong communication skills and personal ownership mentality Strong attention to detail Knowledge of AI tools and ecosystems (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Deepsek, Perplexity) Comfort working across no-code/low-code platforms (e.g., Zapier, n8n, Cursor, v0, Replit) Interest in DevOps practices: logging, monitoring, version control, deployment Interest in crypto and financial market structure

Create the Trading Desk Internal AI Framework Development Prioritize a list of projects, build a pipeline to focus in the short and mid term Build workflows using APIs, scripting, low-code platforms, and cloud tools Educate the team on tools and ways to work with AI Own the prompt libraries, dashboards, and AI-assisted workflows Keep up with the latest trends about AI Tools developments and figure out which are the best for internal use, get approval from IT to onboard new vendors if applicable Contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of operational workflows across the full trading lifecycle, including trade booking, reconciliation, and settlements
