Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Deep understanding of developer workflows and build systems (CI/CD like GitHub Actions, GitLab, Jenkins; SCM like Git). Familiarity with Web Application Security concepts (OWASP Top 10). Basic understanding of API and Webhooks. 2+ years of experience in a technical customer support role or former experience as a software engineer. Ability to work 9am - 6pm local time Monday through Friday. Availability for rotational on-call support for weekend/holiday rotation.
Responsibilities:
Understand, reproduce, and resolve complicated technical issues. Manage support tickets and ensure data accuracy. Prioritize feature requests based on customer feedback. Write documentation, create troubleshooting playbooks, and develop new tooling/processes. Participate in on-call duties for urgent tickets and global rotation.
