Define and manage strategic frameworks for audience targeting, budget allocation, and bidding rules. Develop data-backed creative hypotheses and provide actionable briefs for Design and Content partners. Design, manage, and execute end-to-end experimentation pipeline across creatives, landing pages, and channel settings. Conduct rigorous analysis of key metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS) and diagnose performance shifts. Propose and implement improvements to the growth stack's measurement, reporting, and operational processes.
