Own the entire sales cycle: from account-level strategy development to prospecting to close Conduct a high volume of emails, calls, Zoom, and in-person presentations to secure new business Communicate all proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations Establish meaningful relationships with customers, serving as their original point of contact and multifamily market expert Collaborate with Rentable MavenAI sales development and customer success teams Nurture customer accounts through an onboarding and sales conversion process Manage a sales pipeline, sales forecast as well as activity tracking within Salesforce CRM Meet and exceed performance metrics Travel as required for industry events and customer meetings
