Lead or support deployment of MAS 9.1 AI Services (Maximo Assistant, Work Order Intelligence, FMEA Builder, WatsonX LLM & ML, AI workflows) Configure AI features to align with customer business rules, asset structures and operating models. Work with Cognos 12 and DataMax AI to build AI-driven dashboards, KPI reporting, predictive maintenance views, and asset health intelligence. Ensure data readiness, integrity and AI model alignment across Maximo. Transform customer business processes by embedding AI into maintenance planning, work order lifecycle, failure analysis, reliability engineering, and asset lifecycle management. Identify high-value AI use cases and guide customers through their first 90-day AI transformation. Support MaxAccelerate partners with AI readiness, architecture and rollout planning. Train end-users, planners, engineers and executives on MAS 9.1 native AI + DataMax AI features. Assist clients in building an organisation-wide AI Operating Model.
