Act as the primary administrator for Fetch’s Salesforce instance and Salesforce data. Customize and administer our Salesforce org, focusing on standard and custom configuration. Support cross-functional teams by gathering requirements and building solutions. Provide guidance on basic to intermediate Salesforce functionalities. Work independently across cross-functional teams to demonstrate features, solve problems, and automate processes. Design custom objects, fields, reports, dashboards, and implement automation via flows. Partner with leadership to ensure Salesforce aligns with business goals and reporting requirements. Assist in translating team requirements into Salesforce configurations and user stories. Ensure smooth integration between Salesforce and other platforms. Build internal relationships to proactively address issues and improve user experience. Provide top-notch service when addressing user questions. Manage cross-functional projects from start to finish. Identify and execute on opportunities to enhance efficiency in Salesforce or our other third-party tools. Manage third-party integrations with revenue operations tools.
