Manager I, Developer Advocacy

Former software developer, SRE, or technical practitioner with strong technical judgment. 2-5 years experience managing a small team, coaching performance, and guiding careers. Experienced developer advocate skilled at reaching software developers across multiple channels. Comfortable with at least 2 programming languages (e.g., Python, Go, Node.js, bash). Familiar with modern infrastructure such as IaaS cloud services and containers.

Lead a team of Developer Advocates, guiding work priorities and career development. Define team OKRs and strategy, driving execution. Ensure team ships high-quality output and remove roadblocks. Contribute high-quality technical content (videos, talks) as needed. Work across Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
