Requirements:
3–5+ years in community management, developer relations, software development, or content marketing. Strong writing skills for short- and long-form content across multiple platforms. Experience managing multi-channel content calendars in technical/developer spaces. Technical fluency to translate between technical and non-technical audiences. Comfortable using AI to speed up content creation and improve quality. Effective, personable communicator—on Slack and on stage. Experience working in fully remote, distributed teams. Located in Eastern Time ±1 hr. Background in open-source communities or contributions (bonus). Visual storytelling chops: lightweight video, memes, visuals (bonus). Responsibilities:
Manage and grow engagement across Slack, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, and other platforms. Plan and execute multi-channel content calendars aligned with product and community initiatives. Write, edit, and repurpose content for different audiences and platforms. Coordinate with product and marketing teams to adapt technical updates into community-friendly narratives. Monitor community conversations, respond promptly, and surface valuable feedback. Track and report engagement metrics. Experiment with new formats and channels. Use AI tools to speed up research, writing, and reporting workflows.
