Requirements:
5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar client-facing role (SaaS, marketplaces, or healthcare industries preferred). Proven track record of managing and driving post-sales revenue growth and client retention. Demonstrated ability to grow and expand accounts. Familiarity with CRM tools and aptitude for data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities:
Build trusted, long-term partnerships with staffing agency stakeholders. Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Collaborate with clients to implement effective campaigns and troubleshoot challenges. Act as the voice of the customer internally, working with product, sales, and engineering teams. Identify new opportunities to improve processes and scale success.
