10+ years of experience in software engineering, system architecture, or similar leadership role. Experience as a member of an executive or senior leadership team. Demonstrated experience managing large-scale, high-traffic systems. Deep knowledge of SOC 2, HIPAA, and other regulatory frameworks. Expertise in microservices and modern architectural practices. Strong experience in test automation, CI/CD pipelines, and development workflows. Proven ability to handle big data volumes and oversee ML-based solutions. Exceptional leadership and team management skills (100+ engineers). Excellent communication skills with ability to document and streamline processes.

Define and own the long-term technology vision and roadmap. Act as a key member of the executive team, partnering on strategic decisions. Own technology budgets, vendor strategy, and cost optimization. Lead the architecture and development of high-load systems (3000+ RPS). Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance under heavy load. Oversee support for a large client base across multiple data centers. Ensure systems comply with SOC 2 and HIPAA standards. Champion the automation of testing processes and CI/CD pipelines. Lead the transition from monolithic systems to microservices. Design and implement robust systems for full redundancy and zero downtime. Develop clear processes and maintain technical documentation. Define and track KPIs for team productivity and system performance. Oversee large-scale data processing and ML integration. Manage and mentor a technology team of 100+ engineers. Work closely with product management to deliver innovative solutions.
