Define and drive the overall engineering vision, strategy, and organizational structure Lead, mentor, and scale a team of engineering leaders Partner with Product, GTM, and other teams to drive alignment and efficiency Set the standard for delivery and drive across the engineering organisation Own engineering budgets, headcount planning, and resource allocation Represent engineering at the leadership level, communicating progress and challenges effectively
