Manage customer support workflows across ZenDesk and JustCall Coordinate operational activities tied to revenue and client experience via Stripe Maintain accurate CRM records in Keap Support business development and sales operations Track and document receivables activity Organize post-event operational follow-through Assist with internal operations requests Maintain structured documentation and organized digital records across Google Sheets and Slack
