Board-certified physician in a relevant specialty with subspecialty training or equivalent experience in Palliative Care. At least two years of post-training clinical experience, primarily in palliative care, complex primary care, or oncology. Unrestricted medical license and willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed. Demonstrated excellence in virtual or telehealth care delivery, communication, and documentation. Skilled in the care of complex patients, shared decision-making, advance care planning, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Comfortable using technology in daily practice (video visits, EHRs, Google Suite, Slack, AI-enabled tools).
