Requirements:
2+ years’ Project Management experience in Trimble (formerly e-Builder) 5+ years of business analysis experience supporting enterprise or global clients. Proven ability to collaborate with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Strong skills in executive communication, stakeholder engagement, and business process analysis. Track record of success in delivering analytical solutions. Proficiency in business analysis tools such as Google Suite. Experience with BI/reporting platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar). Strong organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
Partner with client's Program Manager and cross-functional teams to identify stakeholders and gather requirements. Facilitate workshops and interviews to surface pain points and align on goals. Capture stakeholder needs and translate them into clear, actionable business requirements. Support build vs. buy analysis by evaluating functional needs, vendor solutions, and internal capabilities. Provide structured documentation to enable data-driven decisions. Produce high-quality Business Requirements Documents (BRDs). Create requirements for integrations between two or more systems.
