Strategic Finance Associate - Corporate Finance & Systems

3-5 years of experience in finance, investment banking, or consulting Experience managing FP&A tools (Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive, etc) strongly preferred Exceptional financial modeling abilities and experience building in Pigment or similar tools SQL skills are a plus Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Zeal for improving processes and driving efficiencies Ownership mindset and ability to excel in a fast-paced, remote-first culture

Own the next generation of our operating model and reporting Manage and improve our FP&A processes and tools, with a focus on Pigment Design and build automations in our reporting Build and maintain sophisticated, scalable financial models Play a critical role in reporting for executives, our board, and investors Partner with teams across Mercury to improve internal processes Build the foundation for Mercury's strategic initiatives
