- Mixed business and technical background.
- 5+ years of product / program management experience, including at least 2 years of experience working directly with engineering resources.
- Hands-on proficiency with GenAI fundamentals — prompt engineering (zero-/few-shot, chain-of-thought), RAG pipelines, and multi-agent orchestration.
- Ability to model LLM operating costs (token burn, model choice, usage forecasts) and keep spend within ROI targets.
- Experience creating business cases to justify internal tool investments.
- Fluency in Agile for AI: backlog triage, sprints, rapid A/B experiments, and post-release monitoring.
- Track record steering cross-functional delivery.
- Prior experience at a top-tier management consulting firm or Technology Consultants from Deloitte, PWC, Accenture etc. a plus.
- Serve as the connective glue between the Revenue organization and Enterprise Systems team for AI builds and deployments.
- Translate business use cases into technical development requirements and user stories.
- Establish and maintain processes and policies around AI usage.
- Partner with business and data teams to identify and maintain high-quality data sources.
- Own the internal development roadmap for AI agents, applications, and prompts.
- Collaborate with Revenue Developers to ensure AI tools meet user requirements.
- Size ongoing consumption costs for agentic use cases.
- Create business cases to support AI investment priorities.
- Coordinate AI related vendor evaluations for the GTM team.
- Provide regular updates to executive sponsors and business leaders.
