Requirements:
Experience managing HubSpot in a B2B SaaS environment. Highly organized, structured, and detail-obsessed. Strong analytical skills. Experience with AI tools and/or willingness to learn and build custom GPT workflows. Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, CSM, Legal, and Finance. Operationally excellent. High judgment and ability to make independent decisions. Strong communication skills and comfort owning processes end-to-end. Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving environment. Experience working in a high-growth SaaS or MarTech company (bonus). Familiarity with procurement/security questionnaires (SOC2, GDPR) (bonus). Ability to write simple automations using Zapier, Make, or HubSpot workflows (bonus). Experience with contract redlining or deal desk functions (bonus). Comfort with SQL or BI tools (nice-to-have, not required).
Responsibilities:
Build custom GPTs for legal intake, contract redlines, and procurement questionnaires. Serve as first reviewer for NDAs, MSAs, DPAs, and coordinate with legal teams. Maintain security/compliance documentation and automate responses for vendor assessments. Administer HubSpot, Slack, Monday.com, lemlist, Clay, and other GTM tools. Optimize tool usage, negotiate savings, and manage licenses. Manage HubSpot workflows, chatbot flows, routing, and lifecycle stages. Build dashboards and reporting for Sales, Marketing, and CSM. Enforce data hygiene and support accurate forecasting. Structure Slack channels, org charts, and knowledge hubs. Improve Monday.com boards and templates for project management. Pull reports and metrics across GTM systems for leadership. Conduct pipeline audits, revenue insights, and ad hoc analyses. Maintain clean customer data for invoicing and collections. Help streamline billing workflows and automate reminders. Conduct ICP analyses and build prospect lists using Clay, lemlist, and enrichment tools. Support Sales and Marketing with data-driven targeting and segmentation.
