AI-Enabled Accounting Specialist

Extensive hands-on accounting experience, ideally across multiple industries Proven ability to adapt quickly to new situations and independently master unfamiliar tools or concepts Demonstrated skill in creating custom accounting tools, advanced Excel models, and automated workflows Experience with automation platforms such as n8n, Zapier, Power Automate, or similar Track record of applying technology to solve accounting challenges Proficiency with accounting software; openness to learning new platforms Strong written and verbal communication skills CPA designation, or active pursuit of the designation (Preferred)

Research, design, and implement AI-driven or automated solutions to streamline accounting tasks Build and adapt custom tools, advanced Excel models, and process automations Integrate automation platforms into workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy Identify process improvements and take ownership of implementing them Work independently on projects, from research and planning to execution and delivery Document processes to ensure repeatability and knowledge transfer Share knowledge with the broader team to enhance firm-wide capabilities
