AI-Enabled Product Manager

Minimum 5 years in product management with hands-on PDLC experience, delivering custom software solutions with AI integration. Proven track record managing complex design and development lifecycles. Strong understanding of AI concepts (LLMs, machine learning, NLP, data analytics) and software development methodologies. Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams (design, development, engineering). Skilled in building client relationships and translating requirements. Excellent analytical skills to assess product performance and make data-driven decisions. 5-7+ years of experience leading multidisciplinary teams for digital products. Proficiency in GSuite, Clickup, Figma, Jira.

Define and execute product vision and roadmap centered on AI and custom software. Lead the entire product development lifecycle from design to deployment. Coordinate design and development teams to meet client expectations. Integrate AI capabilities into custom software, identifying key value areas. Serve as primary client contact, gathering feedback and refining requirements. Establish KPIs and monitor progress for high delivery standards and quality. Foster iteration and continuous improvement in AI-enhanced application development.
