Requirements:

Responsibilities:
Drive cross-functional initiatives across Operations, Product, Risk, Customer Care, and more - leading projects from strategy to execution to measurable outcomes Proactively identify and solve operational bottlenecks, designing sustainable improvements that prevent issues before they happen Bring curiosity about automation and AI to every project, scaling smarter instead of harder Influence senior stakeholders by framing problems clearly, driving alignment, and ensuring adoption of new ways of working Build strong partnerships with external vendors and tools providers, ensuring they deliver on performance, cost, and innovation to support Operations’ goals Autonomously own high-impact projects end-to-end, while contributing to broader strategic initiatives Maintain clear, living documentation for processes and tools that keep our teams moving fast Measure what matters - track success, performance, and adoption with data-driven reporting and insights Keep a pulse on payments, charitable giving, fintech, and trust & safety trends - and translate them into smarter operational strategies
