Facilitate discovery of local government needs and pain points. Represent Civic Marketplace at civic sector events. Identify, scope, and qualify new partnership opportunities. Develop opportunity briefs and concept notes. Translate opportunities into term sheets and signed partnership agreements. Co-design and lead pilot programs with city partners. Develop frameworks for repeatable pilots and partnership rollouts. Refine Civic Marketplace’s approach to civic partnerships. Contribute to outreach materials and messaging. Act as an internal subject matter expert on local government needs. Share field insights with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing teams. Represent CM as a thought leader. Serve as a trusted partner to the President. Shape the foundation for future team growth. Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and mentoring.
