Senior Product Designer, Core Experience

6+ years of experience in consumer product design within an agile environment. An outstanding portfolio of award-winning consumer product designs showcasing attention to detail, typography, interaction, and visual design. Highly proficient with current design and prototyping tools (Figma, Photoshop, etc.). Excellent visual design craft. Excellent communication skills. Healthcare / healthtech experience is a plus.

Define and design the patient application/experience in partnership with product management, engineering, and design leadership. Explore divergent concepts and build iteratively towards a vision. Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes. Lead user research and data analysis to inform design decisions. Contribute to and work within the Design System. Advocate for design by sharing work and presenting to stakeholders. Inspire the team with innovative ideas and define next-generation user interfaces. Lead workshops and design thinking exercises. Shape the culture of the design team. Drive adoption of user-centered processes and tools.
