Build and grow business in the Central Region (Midwest) US. Develop and execute internal processes to address business development challenges. Lead teams to achieve revenue growth and profitability targets. Identify, develop, and lead talent within the Region. Build the pipeline for organic growth. Provide timely and accurate forecasting of opportunities, pipeline, and revenue. Partner with operational and functional peers to ensure effective resource utilization. Direct the establishment of objectives and development of strategic plans. Provide negotiation assistance, training, and counselling. Assume accountability for revenue growth and profit margins.
