Requirements:
Must be located in the greater Midwest US. Bachelor's degree required. Minimum 10 years experience across Business Development/Sales and/or P&L/Operational roles. Strong established relationships within the Cyber Security Industry. Strong experience managing sales teams focused on selling solutions through IT and Cyber Security reseller partner community. Proven background of success in leading teams to achieve growth targets. Demonstrated personal history of winning competitive acquisitions. Proven experience with strategic planning, capture management, and customer relationship management. Demonstrated ability to collaborate and build win-win partnerships. Demonstrated ability to identify emerging business trends and recommend strategies. Ability to constructively influence and interact at the highest levels of the corporate structure. Excellent communication skills and highly effective interpersonal skills. Ability and willingness to travel both domestically and internationally (approx. 50-60%).
Responsibilities:
Build and grow business in the Central Region (Midwest) US. Develop and execute internal processes to address business development challenges. Lead teams to achieve revenue growth and profitability targets. Identify, develop, and lead talent within the Region. Build the pipeline for organic growth. Provide timely and accurate forecasting of opportunities, pipeline, and revenue. Partner with operational and functional peers to ensure effective resource utilization. Direct the establishment of objectives and development of strategic plans. Provide negotiation assistance, training, and counselling. Assume accountability for revenue growth and profit margins.
