Service Delivery Coordinator

Own and complete assigned operational tasks supporting Service Delivery Managers globally. Utilize internal tools like Jira, Confluence, Power BI, and Excel for data accuracy and workflows. Collaborate with the Enablement Team on improvement initiatives and delivery cycles. Communicate effectively with stakeholders for updates and information. Identify opportunities to improve consistency, reduce manual work, and enhance visibility.
