Transportation Coordinator

12+ years of experience in transportation coordination or logistics (U.S. experience preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Familiarity with documentation processes Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent time management and multitasking skills Ability to troubleshoot and resolve logistics issues independently Experience with international shipping and customs processes (preferred) Familiarity with transportation management systems (preferred) Previous remote experience in a logistics support role (preferred)

Coordinate pickups and deliveries with freight forwarders, carriers, and transport providers Monitor shipment status and update stakeholders Act as the primary point of contact for carriers and vendors Prepare shipping documents and ensure compliance with regulations Negotiate shipping rates and monitor transportation expenses Maintain accurate shipment records and generate reports Address disruptions and recommend process improvements
