Strong commercial acumen: value mapping, negotiation, multi-year deals, and exec-level storytelling. High energy, enthusiasm, and evidence of consistent growth vs. quota. Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar. Ability to travel as needed.
