Requirements:
8-10+ years in B2B SaaS marketing. Experience leading product marketing teams. Track record of launching and scaling products that drive revenue. Deep understanding of SaaS go-to-market across positioning, messaging, enablement, and cross-sell. Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional influence. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Experience in workforce management, HR tech, or payroll is a strong plus.
Responsibilities:
Own global product marketing strategy and execution. Define how Deputy brings products and features to market. Drive revenue from new products. Lead go-to-market and monetization strategy for add-ons. Manage and coach a team of product marketers. Scale the PMM function. Ensure launch excellence and build repeatable GTM processes. Reposition Deputy as an AI-first, complete people platform. Champion customer and market insight. Partner across the business (Product, Marketing, Sales, Success).
