Requirements
- 2 to 5+ years of experience in administrative, operations, or office support roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in office tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and other administrative software
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple ongoing responsibilities
- Professional demeanor, strong work ethic, and proactive mindset
- Experience working with international clients or remote teams is an advantage
Responsibilities
- Oversee general administrative tasks, including documentation, scheduling, and correspondence
- Manage digital filing systems and maintain organized records
- Assist with procurement, inventory tracking, and office related needs
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and internal communications
- Support onboarding and coordination of staff or external partners
- Monitor compliance with internal policies and procedures
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document key discussions
- Assist with project administration and operational workflows
- Provide additional administrative support as needed to ensure smooth daily operations
