Responsibilities

  • Oversee general administrative tasks, including documentation, scheduling, and correspondence
  • Manage digital filing systems and maintain organized records
  • Assist with procurement, inventory tracking, and office related needs
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and internal communications
  • Support onboarding and coordination of staff or external partners
  • Monitor compliance with internal policies and procedures
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document key discussions
  • Assist with project administration and operational workflows
