Requirements:

Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to engage leads and qualify interest Build rapport quickly and guide prospects through next steps Book demos, consultations, and Zoom sessions Maintain high show-up rates through structured reminders and follow-up sequences Conduct lead qualification using clear frameworks and client criteria Manage and update pipelines in GHL (call logs, notes, lead statuses, performance tracking) Use phone dialer for outbound calls and follow-ups Respond to inbound questions via phone, email, WhatsApp, SMS, or platform messaging Prepare light daily or weekly reports Coordinate closely with the sales team Uphold brand tone, professionalism, and relationship-building best practices
