Full Cycle Recruiter (Philippines-Based)

Background in process outsourcing (BPO), staffing, or similar industry (preferred) At least one (1) year of experience Experience using Bullhorn ATS (a plus) Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) Confident, professional, and comfortable speaking with candidates Tech-savvy with tools like CRMs, job boards, and social media Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks Eager to learn and grow within the recruitment field Comfortable working night shifts aligned with North American time zones Willing to work as an Independent Contractor (IC) Must have a stable internet connection and a reliable work-from-home setup

Source, screen, and prequalify candidates Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates Maintain and update candidate information in ATS Collaborate with senior recruiters to meet hiring goals Contribute to team initiatives to improve recruitment strategies
