Bachelor's degree 2-5 years of physician or APP recruitment experience Radiologist recruitment experience is a plus Experience using traditional and nontraditional resources to identify and attract quality candidates Exceptional partner to stakeholders Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills

Identify and reach out to potential physician candidates using various platforms Source talent for physician positions Create and manage job postings for physician roles Create and execute diverse sourcing strategies Execute a high-caliber candidate experience Maintain and update a database of physician candidates Support the development and execution of targeted recruitment strategies Act as a mentor and advisor to teammates
