Data analyst [Collections]

2-4+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in Collections, Risk, or Product Analytics Strong background in A/B testing and experimental design Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and causal inference Proficiency in SQL Experience with Python for data analysis Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau or Superset) Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate analytical results effectively

Design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests and other experiments Develop and refine performance metrics, agent incentive models, and operational KPIs Collaborate with Product, Risk, and Operations teams Build and automate data pipelines, dashboards, and monitoring systems Forecast performance and model financial outcomes Communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
