BA/BS Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or related field 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or accounting Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and business judgment skills Results oriented with attention to detail; able to drive projects from planning to completion with limited oversight Low ego and can-do attitude Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills Flexibility to prioritize deliverables and re-prioritize them at a moment’s notice Comfort operating in an ambiguous environment

Own and update the company's weekly and monthly financial operating model Help prepare and maintain monthly financial reporting Partner with Accounting to align on corporate expenses Assist in researching payables and collaborate with department leaders on vendor relationships Monitor operations team processes for alignment with budget and cost-saving opportunities Identify and execute new initiatives related to RPA, Product, and third-party systems Collaborate with product team on impact assessments for Operations feature requests
