3-5 years of experience in an FP&A role in a high growth consumer technology or e-commerce company Strong background in E-commerce and associated metrics (AOV, gross to net, unit economics, etc.) Advanced Excel skills with expertise in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and large dataset management Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Exceptional communication and presentation skills (including data visualization) Demonstrated expertise in synthesizing large datasets from business intelligence platforms and financial systems Bachelor's degree in economics, Finance or a related field

Monthly financial business review preparation for the E-commerce business Own E-commerce forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis Support development of pricing and promotional strategies, including ROI analysis Analyze Co-Op, DDA, and rebate programs Deliver SKU and departmental reporting Ensure data integrity of key ecommerce metrics Prepare financial reporting including dashboards and analyses Establish and manage new financial processes Design and implement processes and reporting frameworks Leverage financial systems for visibility and transparency Provide value-added feedback to improve processes Support development of board presentations and planning processes
