Senior Financial Analyst

5–8+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or related roles within high-growth SaaS or tech environments Advanced-level experience building and maintaining multi-dimensional financial models Ability to partner with executives and cross-functional teams with clarity, confidence, and strong business acumen Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, break down complex problems, and develop structured, data-driven recommendations Deep understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, CAC, payback, pipeline coverage, churn/retention dynamics, etc.) Strong analytical rigor High ownership mindset Excellent communication skills

Build, refine, and own complex financial models Partner closely with leadership to translate business strategies into actionable financial insights Conduct deep-dive analyses into revenue performance, unit economics, and cost structures Lead monthly/quarterly forecasting cycles Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting mechanisms Proactively identify risks, opportunities, and signals Drive continuous improvement across Finance processes Support board-level materials, long-range planning, and annual budgeting
