Requirements:
10+ years of experience in product marketing or GTM roles. At least 3 years leading product marketing functions. Deep technical knowledge of Continuous Delivery tools, including Kubernetes. Experience developing the OSS community is a plus. Proven ability to own GTM strategy and execution for DevOps and GitOps solutions in enterprise SaaS. Strong communicator and storyteller, translating technical ideas into business messaging. Proven track record of collaborating with Product, Revenue, and Marketing functions. Established relationships with key DevOps market analysts and media. Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action.
Responsibilities:
Define and evolve positioning, messaging, and narrative for Continuous Delivery category leadership. Collaborate with Product and Revenue teams, incorporating Voice of the Customer into roadmap iterations. Partner with CMO and marketing leaders on aligned marketing plans. Support Product Marketers in developing GTM strategies and launching products. Oversee and contribute to market-facing content creation. Drive initiatives for building customer evidence (case studies, testimonials). Nurture relationships with market analysts and manage analyst-driven market research. Represent Octopus at industry and company-led events. Serve as a people manager for the product marketing team.
