10+ years of experience in data center engineering and design. Expertise in modular or large-scale infrastructure systems (cooling, power, networking, redundancy). Proven track record of building and leading high-performing engineering teams. Experience collaborating with international manufacturing and engineering partners. Strong project leadership with ability to execute complex, multi-discipline designs. Start-up Mentality (willing to do what it takes to get the job done). Willingness to travel internationally (particularly to China and India).

Own the engineering strategy, design, and execution for modular data center products. Build and lead a U.S.-based engineering team. Oversee design of integrated systems including power distribution, cooling, racking, redundancy, and networking. Ensure designs are optimized for overseas manufacturing and scalable deployment in the U.S. Collaborate with Shanghai-based product/manufacturing teams and Indian engineering resources. Travel internationally to oversee production, resolve design issues, and align global teams. Drive innovation in hydro-cooled, AI-ready data center design.
