Responsibilities:
Own a portfolio of high-value corporate clients and develop account expansion strategies. Engage with senior decision-makers to understand business priorities. Create and execute tailored account plans with defined objectives and success metrics. Quantify ROI and articulate the business impact of NetDocuments’ solutions. Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams. Stay informed on legal tech trends and competitive landscape. Maintain accurate forecasts and revenue projections. Serve as the voice of the customer internally, influencing roadmap priorities.
