4+ years of experience in a Customer Success and/or strategy consulting role. Experience owning and managing executive-level relationships with clients/customers. Background in account management preferred, or other role that included customer-facing project management ownership. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to create and deliver compelling presentations to senior business audiences. Positive, collaborative and results-oriented mindset with a willingness to “roll up your sleeves” to succeed in any task. Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to think strategically. Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) (Ideal) Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) or significant degree of financial acumen (Ideal) Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment (Ideal)
