Requirements:
4+ years of experience in a Customer Success and/or strategy consulting role. Experience owning and managing executive-level relationships with clients/customers. Background in account management preferred, or other role that included customer-facing project management ownership. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to create and deliver compelling presentations to senior business audiences. Positive, collaborative and results-oriented mindset with a willingness to “roll up your sleeves” to succeed in any task. Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to think strategically. Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) (Ideal) Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) or significant degree of financial acumen (Ideal) Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment (Ideal)
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with customers to ensure they receive benefits from Databook's software by supporting strategic sales transformation at enterprise SaaS companies. Analyze platform analytics to help clients understand Databook's impact on their sales pipeline and strategize on increasing platform usage maturity. Meet regularly with clients' sales, sales operations, and sales enablement leaders to gain insight into business objectives and align Databook's positioning. Collaborate with internal Databook stakeholders to achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes. Contribute to Customer Strategy team growth and scalability through ongoing internal Databook projects and initiatives.
