🔍 Medical Education
- 4-year degree from an accredited institution.
- 1+ years of work experience in continuing medical education, with preference for application submissions experience.
- Familiarity with CME/CE standards and processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Superior organizational and time-management skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Plan, coordinate, and obtain information from various departments and staff members to fulfill activity requirements.
- Work with the team to create activities to meet requirements of different grants and supporter needs.
- Adapt program budgets into templates required by each supporter.
- Collaborate with CME accrediting bodies throughout the process from application to review and completion.
- Ensure quality delivery and implementation of projects in line with grant requirements and budget.
- Maintain communication with supporters on activity updates and status.
- Monitor and manage the team for project delivery on time and within budget.
- Assist in the grant reconciliation process, providing required project deliverables.
- Support VP of educational development in funder-related tasks.
- Identify and collaborate with regional societies for partnering on activities.
