🔍 Medical Education

  • 4-year degree from an accredited institution.
  • 1+ years of work experience in continuing medical education, with preference for application submissions experience.
  • Familiarity with CME/CE standards and processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Superior organizational and time-management skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

  • Plan, coordinate, and obtain information from various departments and staff members to fulfill activity requirements.
  • Work with the team to create activities to meet requirements of different grants and supporter needs.
  • Adapt program budgets into templates required by each supporter.
  • Collaborate with CME accrediting bodies throughout the process from application to review and completion.
  • Ensure quality delivery and implementation of projects in line with grant requirements and budget.
  • Maintain communication with supporters on activity updates and status.
  • Monitor and manage the team for project delivery on time and within budget.
  • Assist in the grant reconciliation process, providing required project deliverables.
  • Support VP of educational development in funder-related tasks.
  • Identify and collaborate with regional societies for partnering on activities.
