Requirements
- 4-year degree from an accredited academic institution.
- 7+ years in solution engineering, technical product management, software architecture, or senior IC engineering.
- Proven ability to write precise technical specifications.
- Strong experience with REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth 2.0, and SAML 2.0.
- Web application architecture fluency (Next.js/React and AWS).
- Integration experience with CMS, LMS, CRM, and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong QA, testing, and documentation discipline.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot).
- Healthcare or regulated industry experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Translate requirements into technical specifications for engineering teams.
- Design integration architectures for platforms including CRM, event management, marketing automation, CMS, LMS, and data platforms.
- Own assigned solutions from design through production.
- Lead technical design reviews and validate prototypes.
- Manage third-party tool and API integrations.
- Maintain technical documentation including architecture diagrams, integration maps, and runbooks.
- Provide build-vs-buy assessments for new tools and platform decisions.
