Requirements:
6+ years of external B2B client/partner-facing experience, preferably in a high-growth tech environment. Vertical experience in e-commerce, fintech, payments, and/or consumer financing is preferred. Prior role experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or enterprise client management is preferred. Excellent customer and/or partnership relationship management skills. Experience managing cross-functional projects with high attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical skills to evaluate business performance. Proven ability to oversee and facilitate complex commercial contract negotiations.
Responsibilities:
Directly manage strategic platform distribution partners. Spearhead strategic initiatives for business expansion and growth. Drive execution of partnership expansion into new markets, verticals, and product lines. Create and execute a partner management strategy to increase GMV, revenue, and users. Assess partner performance and propose strategies for growth. Orchestrate cross-functional teams (product, technical, analytics, marketing, risk) for partnership initiatives. Negotiate and facilitate complex commercial contracts.
