Project Manager

5 years (minimum) of experience in consulting or professional services managing large-scale, complex programs for Enterprise clients Prior management of technical engagements that consist of 5 or more people and over a $500,000 budget Experience and knowledge of project management disciplines, methodologies, and tools Experience leading projects in an Agile/Waterfall environment using advanced tool sets (e.g. Jira, Monday, SmartSheet, Assembla) Experience in forecasting and budgeting management Ability to identify and manage risks and successful Escalation management Demonstrated ability to understand client's business needs Ability to interact with clients at both a business and technical level Strong communication skills Ability to contribute processes, templates and standards around project management best practices Demonstrated ability to provide thought leadership Excellent time management skills Ability to act as a mentor

Manage all assigned projects Act as Scrum Master Schedule and facilitate Daily Stand-Up meetings Facilitate agile ceremonies Collaborate with client Product Owners and Caylent Architects Review and approve weekly time submissions and monthly invoices Ensure forecasting accuracy and budget management Report on project scope and budget Proactively identify and resolve project issues Champion project experience Seek and identify additional growth opportunities Mentor new team members Assist in identifying best practices or gaps
