8+ years in email marketing leadership Deep knowledge of marketing automation platforms (Adobe Marketo Engage) including usage of advanced capabilities such as segmentation, personalization, content building, journey building, trigger campaigns, etc. Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email formatting Understanding of data integration across platforms Strong grasp of email privacy and compliance regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL) Strong grasp of how different systems connect and share data across marketing technology platforms Experience with Salesforce CRM, Digital Asset Management Systems, Content Management Systems, and SEO is an advantage Comfortable with data analysis, reporting, and using insights to improve performance Excellent project management, written communication, and ability to guide and mentor team members Ability to work under tight deadlines
