Manage day to day email execution including targeting, optimization, scheduling and coordination with the creative team. Optimize existing owner touchpoints including content, cadence and creative. Build customized and automated owner flows leveraging data collected during the owner onboarding process. Evaluate existing ESP and where there needs to be integrated tools and services. Provide reporting, actionable insights and adapt to refine performance to meet organization wide KPIs. Develop and implement testing strategy for one off emails, weekly communications and automated flows. Develop communications touchpoints plan for launch of new products and services, manage the implementation of and test and refine as needed. Manage email programs required across the organization including in support of Partner Success and our Enterprise sales.
